BBQ Sauce 5 Ways

So many regions, so many sauces. The possibilities are endless. We are sharing 5 of our favorites that pair perfectly with a crispy nugget! Use the dry rub to sprinkle on nuggets before cooking for that extra flavor kick.
South Carolina Mustard
Sweet, tangy and the color of the sun. This mustard-based BBQ sauce will quickly top your to-dip list.
- ½ cup yellow mustard
- 1 TB agave
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- ⅛ tsp chipotle powder
- 1 TB worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ tsp ground white pepper
Kansas Sweet & Tangy
The true classic, what we all think about when we hear BBQ, sweet, sticky, tangy and drop-dead delicious. A favorite that will never go out of style.
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 TB tomato paste
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 TB molasses
- 2 tsp liquid smoke
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chili powder
- Pinch cayenne
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Texas Mop
Don’t let this thinner-than-usual sauce throw you off your game. There is more to viscosity in this sauce. It hits hard with a punch of zesty flavor to knock your socks off. We know Texas prides themselves on size, and they don’t disappoint with their larger-than-life flavor.
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 TB tomato paste
- 2 TB cider vinegar
- 1 TB worcestershire
- 1 tsp steak sauce (A-1)
- 1 TB brown sugar
- 1 tsp veggie bouillon paste
- ⅓ c water
- ½ tsp salt
Memphis dry rub

- 3 TB smoked paprika
- 1 TB salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 TB brown sugar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp celery seed
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp dry mustard
Alabama White
