Spicy Buffalo Bites with Ranch

While neither buffalo nor chicken are on the menu, spicy deliciousness and cool ranch are served up in less than 15 min.

  • ¼ cup of your preferred* butter, melted
  • ¼ cup Louisiana-style hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup of your preferred* ranch dressing
  • 12 Nowadays Nuggets
  • celery sticks, for serving


  1. Preheat the oven to 425° F.
  2. Place Nowadays Nuggets on a baking sheet & bake for 12 min.
  3. Meanwhile, in a sauce pot, combine butter, hot sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, & cayenne pepper. Whisk together vigorously & bring to a simmer.
  4. Whisk together cornstarch & water. Then add to simmering hot sauce. Bring to a boil & then shut off the heat. 
  5. Remove nuggets from the oven & place in a metal bowl. Toss in just enough sauce to coat the nuggets & serve alongside the celery & ranch dressing for dipping.
