It's been a long time coming - I am a vegan and try to keep my family eating healthy and I have always shied away from processed foods, including fake meat products. Then, I stumbled onto Nowadays.
With just 7 ingredients and a lower sodium content than it's competitors, it quickly became the hope for a good family treat. And it has lived up to the anticipation! We typically pair these with veggie burgers/patties and roasted vegetables - fantastic!

When my boys came through the door and smelled the nuggets cooking, they couldn't believe it. "Mom are you cooking them? Is that real?" They screamed and jumped up and down. They were so happy! It was great because the leftovers went into their lunch the next day. It was only leftovers because they ate most of the bag - it might have been a new record for them 12 each. Dad and their older brother grabbed their share which is how we ended up with lunch the next day. We couldn't be more grateful! A bit pricey, sure, but these nuggets were among the closest to the real thing we’ve had, and they’re better for you. I was surprised to find they were actually juicy. Many vegan nuggets dry out quickly but these were very moist. Nicely done!

These are amazing! Great flavor, whole ingredients, and very little fat! An awesome base to build great meals off of! I usually chop them up and put them in a salad or wrap, but they are great on their own with a little dipping sauce on the side. My partner and I are committed to a vegan, plant-based lifestyle, and want to raise our children this way as well. This is the first plant-based nugget that we'd feel comfortable feeding them! I love the clean and simple ingredients! The ingredients are also great for those with sensitive stomachs (it’s hard to find nuggets without garlic and onion sometimes). Oh my gosh you guys. I hosted an Earth Day Party at my workplace on Friday, and served all kinds of vegan food......and the absolute BEST item on the menu was the nuggets! One non-vegan said, "I thought these were real chicken!"; another said, "These are amazing, I think I like them better than real chicken!" And I heard "the nuggets are the best part!" so many times. I promise I'm not lying, and I didn't pay anyone to say any of those things! And there wasn't a single nugget leftover at the end. Everyone, vegan or not, thought the vegan spread was a huge success; everyone now knows that plant foods are so much better for the environment (and the animals!), but many are so skeptical about plant-based meat alternatives. This was a huge win for breaking that barrier! So many coworkers asked what brand they were, what they were made of, where I got them, etc. So I gave them all my referral link! So good! I’ve tried several brands of meatless chicken nuggets and this one takes the cake. It doesn’t have the junk that the others have AND it’s the best taste/texture. I air fry them at 400 degree for 11-12 min, flipping halfway. Pour some Frank’s hot sauce on it, bbq sauce, ketchup or bachan’s. Sooo good.

I was a bit sad that I couldn't microwave (instructions say not to) since they get all soggy and what not because of their ingredients I guess. These nuggets are our go to at home. They are super crispy and tasty. We made vegan eggs Benedict for breakfast and decided to add a little extra with a few nuggets before we topped everything with hollandaise sauce. These nuggets are very good. I bake up a cookie sheet full, then store them in baggies to enjoy as snacks or lunch. They are good just as they are, or dipped in sauces. I’m sure I will find more uses for them, but for now I’m happy.

I definitely recommend these nuggets and this company. I really like the texture. As hard as it is to do, let them sit for a minute or 2 after they're done - they're even better then. I've dipped them, wrapped them, "parmed" them, and topped rice dishes with them. A definite winner. (There's a flavor that took me a few tries to get used to, pea or bean - or maybe they just taste too much like chicken since I've been vegetarian for over 20 years, but now I'm totally hooked.) I can't wait to see what else they come up with!

NOWADAYS company are very generous with the quantity of nuggets. The packaging is environmentally responsible as well as the box they come in. We reused the baggie that the product is actually held inside.

Even after air frying the insides are still juicy, which is not something I've seen in other nuggets.
Inside is slightly spongy, as apposed to being one solid chunk. Coating is crispy.

Ok, it's got a gorgeous, insta-worthy photo, but it's because I simply eat them by themselves! They don't need a thing! We just tried them with a little salsa and they are PERFECT. Perfectly crispy, perfectly salty, perfectly textured...infinitely better than real chicken flesh! Real chicken flesh has gross bits you always have to look out for (which always freaked me out but I convinced myself for years to overlook), and obviously infinitely more humane, ethical, sustainable, compassionate, and eco-friendly. My non-vegan, chicken-loving boyfriend was very apprehensive, as he always is when I offer him "vegan food" (his words, not mine!), and he was so impressed! We love Nowadays, they are our new Friday night treat -perfect comfort food after a long work week. We are both obsessed. Thank you so much for existing! Don't give me 10% off, I want to keep supporting you!

These are so delicious! The breading is super crispy even just in the regular oven and reminds me of real fried chicken coating. The “meat” is juicy, more like what I remember dark chicken meat tasting like whereas most other similar products remind me more of white meat. Really delicious, way less calories per serving but not less protein than other brands (gardein ultimate, impossible tenders, beyond nuggets..)
The customer service is also excellent. My shipment arrived to totally thawed and they got back to me right away, issued a refund and resent me the nuggets!

We cooked up Nowadays vs Daring and then had 5 of us taste the products. We did it without sauce so it was the true taste of the product that we were judging. All of us preferred the Nowadays Nuggets! What's more the nutrition label and ingredients are so much more clean than any other nuggets we have seen -- 0 sat fat, 5 gr of fiber and 13 gr of protein.
